SLOW AND LOW BBQ BISTRO

Being some true “Southern boys”, we have a serious passion for some great cooking. We decided that the best way to test our skills would be to enter some BBQ competitions. So we practiced and practiced, then invited family and friends to test our results. With their feedback, we decided to enter our first BBQ competition. Well…we got kicked in the teeth. Several competitions later, although we didn't win any rewards to brag about, we got the recognition we were looking for. This led to us bringing our product to the ultimate test...you!This was our best move yet. We now get to share our pulled pork, brisket, chicken, ribs, and other great servings without any doubt. We promise that you will be satisfied!With that said, we decided to get things moving and grow the business. We took a different approach; instead of opening a restaurant we wanted to start with catering, events, and festivals. This led to us getting our own customized 30 ft. mobile kitchen.We decided to go this route for a couple of reasons: one, to offer catering in a professional manner with increased mobility; second, we also wanted to be versatile enough to participate in events, festivals, and possibly competitions. Anything we could do to share our great and tasty products with you.
