I worked in Healthcare for 20 years. I started off as a Physical therapy Assistant/ office Assistant in 2003. I enjoyed helping people and I wanted to explore more of the Healthcare field therefore, I became a Certified nursing assistant and worked in long-term care for 5 years and continued to climb the ladder working at Penn Medicine for 12 years. While enjoying the great benefits of my job I didn't feel I was living my life's purpose. While working and raising two children I managed to obtain my bachelor's of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2016. My hope was to land a prominent office position. However, it didn't happen that way. I continued working as a CNA until I was introduced to the business spectrum of becoming an owner operator of my own staffing agency during the pandemic in 2020.
