Established in 1980, in Chatham, NJ Mortgage Access Corp. is licensed in over 40 states. As a Licensed Mortgage Banker, Mortgage Access Corp. derives its mortgage products from many sources and investors; unlike banks or savings and loan institutions, which are often limited by the availability of their own deposits and a single lending philosophy. We also seek out, and contract with, organizations such as the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac), and many other permanent investors to insure that the most competitive and versatile lending products are available. We are delegated underwriters for FNMA, FHLMC, GINNIE MAE and many jumbo and super jumbo products. With hundreds of mortgage programs to offer our customers we never tire of telling our buyers they have a mortgage commitment.
