Deb's Domestic Agency is a household staffing agency that has specialized in long-term customized placements since 2008. We place the industry's top domestic professionals both nationally and internationally partnering with US and European luxury concierge services and businesses for HNW clients. Our most valuable partners are our Estate Managers who we represent, support and work with to fill the Principal's estate staffing needs. The founder, Deborah Traylor, started her career as a domestic professional (Childcare and Family Assistant Specialist) and has worked in this industry since 1998. This experience has helped Deb’s Domestic Agency to make hundreds of successful long-term placements by matching the client's and candidate's character, personality and preferences more than a resume or automated software program can do. Our goal is to not make the most placements but to make personalized matches that last many years. We take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure the quality and personalized attention needed to make a great match.
